Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center Rules

To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.

Accessibility Policy

Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center is proud to provide reasonable ADA-compliant assistance to guests in need. Wheelchair and companion seating is available in the rearmost reserved seating sections. Also, service animals are welcome to the venue. The venue also offers hearing assistance and other accommodations that can help you enjoy the show.

Please call the venue at 585-394-4400 at least two weeks before your ticketed event to discuss any further requirements you have.

Arrival Policy

For concerts and certain special events, late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate break period arrives before being allowed entry. To avoid frustrations, please arrive no later than 30 minutes before an event’s start time.

Bag Policy

Large bags should not be brought to the venue or must be left in guest vehicles. All bags are subject to search by event staff.

Camera Policy

Flash photography, video or audio recording devices, and professional cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited for all performances. Standard or nonprofessional cameras are only allowed if both the venue and artist provides public authorization and will be noted in the program guide or description.

Cancellation Policy

The venue is proud of hosting events rain or shine. In the case of severe weather or unexpected closures, the venue will attempt to announce it to all guests as soon as possible. If your show is canceled, please call 585-394-4400 to discuss potential refunds.

Children Policy

Children 2 and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent’s lap. Certain late-night events may not be appropriate for younger children.

Food and Beverage Policy

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. You can purchase refreshments from on-site vendors.

Lawn Chairs Policy

Only Lawn Chairs with leg 9” or shorter are allowed in. Camping style chairs with legs longer the 9” will not be permitted. Lawn Chairs may not be allowed at some shows.

Lost and Found Policy

Lost an item at an event? You can check in with the event staff to see if anything has been returned. You can also email 585-394-4400 after the show. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item.

Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.

Prohibited Items

To keep guests and staff safe, Constellation Brands Performing Arts Center prohibits the following items from the venue.

  • Weapons of any kind
  • Alcohol
  • Illegal drugs/substances
  • Glass containers
  • Cans
  • Coolers
  • Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-
  • sized backpacks
  • Laser pointers
  • Animals (except service animals)
  • Fireworks

The venue reserves the right to prohibit other items

Re-Entry

Re-Entry is not permitted at CMAC. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you.

Smoking Policy

Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, vapes, or any other smoking paraphernalia is not allowed in the venue or within 300 feet of any entrance.
